RaptorPlate® is a high Chrome Carbide overlay plate used in the most extreme mining, power generation, material handling and construction wear environments in the world. Raptor Plate® protects contact surfaces with hard facing, custom-sized, highly versatile wear parts and are available in weld-on, bolt-on and magnetic configurations. RaptorPlate® offers the advantages of low dilution with backing plate base material, and even distribution of Primary Carbides.
RaptorPlate® fabricates laser scanned wear kits for all makes and models of buckets, fit and alignment of pins and bushings in truck frames and solid model analysis.
They are recommended by Caterpillar technicians to extend the life of equipment.
Available in sheets 5 x 10 feet in the following thickness: 4 over 5, 6 over 6, 10 over 10 and 12 over 12 millimeter thicknesses.
