I received part of my order. Where are my other items?

Orders containing multiple items, may arrive in one or more shipments with multiple tracking numbers. Items may be shipping from multiple warehouses, vendors, or stores. This may result in different delivery timing.

If order details indicate all items/shipments in the order have been delivered, it’s possible part of the order was left out in error. For the fastest resolution email support@bigrockmountain.com with your order number.

What are the shipping options for my Big Rock Mountain order?



BigRockMountain.com offers the following shipping options, which may vary by item:
  • Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is typically the default checkout setting. Your item(s) are shipped in what we call "Best Way," which is what is deemed as the quickest and safest manner for your item.
    • Your order may ship in multiple packages so we’re able to deliver your order faster.  
  • Express Shipping: Express Shipping is available on certain items, depending on supplier product and processing ability. Items that are eligible for express shipping are denoted within the product page.

Please note:
  • Business days don’t typically include weekends, however Saturday and Sunday deliveries may occur in select postal codes. 
  • Some items may not be eligible for Express shipping due to size, weight, quantities, delivery address or vendor constraints.
  • Shipping charges for Express shipping are calculated on a "per order" basis, including shipping, order processing, item selection and packaging costs, and will only apply to the items using these shipping speeds. 
  • While most items ship within 3 business days, some vendors and shipping locations may require additional processing time. This processing time is factored into the estimated delivery date shown in your order confirmation.
