Each HP cone crusher offers various cavity options with different feed opening sizes and setting ranges. The ideal cavity can be chosen based on feed size, setting, and application requirements.

Standard liners are commonly used for secondary applications. While secondary applications may not require closed circuit operation, it is beneficial to have a choke fed process.

Short head liners are suitable for fine crushing in tertiary or quaternary stage applications. Fine crushing demands choke feeding and closed circuit operation, with oversize material returning to the crusher.
